About Innovation and AI
"El Libro Rojo de la Innovación" by Marcel Planellas
One of the best readings I've done this year, for Spanish readers , with an introduction by Ferran Adrià, is a practical guide to fostering innovation in organizations.
It introduces the "Innovation Audit," a tool to assess and enhance a company's innovation systems.
Using the renowned restaurant el Bulli as a case study, the book demonstrates how creative processes can be adapted across industries.
Combining theory and practice, it offers methods, models, and expert insights for implementing effective innovation strategies.
Described as a "brilliant manifesto for innovation," it serves as a roadmap for organizations to evaluate and strengthen their innovative capabilities.
With my auditor background and my interest on innovation, I have really enjoyed this reading.
“Human-Centered AI” by Ben Shneiderman
This is a great reading for those that want to learn about Human-Centered AI.
It provides understanding of how designing Artificial Intelligence systems that enhance and empower human capabilities rather than replace them.
The author proposes a framework that combines robust AI algorithms with Human-Centered design principles to create technologies that are reliable, safe, and trustworthy.
“AI Business Strategy - Quick Start Solution” by Jim Anderson
This book helped me a lot to understand earlier this year regards Integrating Artificial intelligence into business operations to achieve competitive advantage.
The book outlines seven strategies that help businesses harness AI for operational efficiency, including case studies where small startups have outperformed industry giants using these methods.
The book is designed to demystify AI for business leaders, offering actionable insights without using too much technical jargon.
